I put the chrome firmware back. then made recovery usb installs tells me to remove,then reboots saying chrome os damaged or missing. Paperclip reset does not work.

so after you restored the firmware, you rebooted, it takes you to the recovery screen (chromeos missing or damaged), you inserted the recovery media, it reloaded ChromeOS successfully, and after it told you to remove the recovery media, it rebooted and still brings you to the recovery screen? If so, hit tab twice to bring up the diagnostic info, take a pic, and post it here.
