Thanks Matt.
I almost forget, I would also like to report something that happened to me few days ago in case it happens to other users.
I have windows installed in ssd and wanted to give the latest OpenElec EGL version a try so I did the process to install to a micro sdcard inserted to a sdcard adapter in chromebox's sdcard slot. It installed fine and started setting things up, then suddenly screen got black and I had to force reboot, after that the micro sdcard wasn't recognized neither at boot or Windows so I though the sdcard got corrupted.
I booted Parted Magic off a USB flash drive to see if I could fix the thing but the sdcard wasn't recognized there eather.
Next thing I did was to try other sdcards but non were recognized, I googled about it and started thinking it was a hardware problem, that the sdcard slot controller got fried so as a last resort I decided to open the box and check, I removed the sdcard module (it seemed fine to me and didn't smell burnt) off the Motherboard, cleaned the fan and dust I could find. Placed everything back together, turned the box ON and inserted sdcard, this time it was recognized.. Finally! tested other micro sdcard and all were recognized.
I don't know what caused this but thankfully I could fix it. Very odd indeed.
