So I have read over the wiki page and can't seem to find an answer to this specific problem... basically the recovery tool is not working properly. I would sincerely appreciate any help. Attached are some pictures that contain what may be useful information in diagnosis. Let me know if you can't view them.

since you've already restored ChromeOS via the recovery media, simply press CTRL+D at power on, before it jumps to Legacy Boot mode (SeaBIOS), in order to boot into ChromeOS. From there, you can re-run the script and start over, though I'd reset the boot flags first until you have your LibreELEC setup running and tested
