I followed the wiki steps on skin add-ons and it says that after they download "Enable" will popup beside the name of the skin on the list but they never do. Usually they'll hang on some percentage in the 90s and I have to cancel and redownload, but on the off chance that it does complete nothing changes and I can click on the name of the skin and the only options available are once again Install and Changelog. Is there a permissions issue or something else going on?
