are you using LiveTV in XBMC via our ServerWMC backend?
Assuming yes, then yes you can share your liveTV channels and recordings with other PCs in the house by installing XBMC on them and configuring the "pvr.wmc" addon in XBMC to point at the ServerWMC backend IP address

Yes, you can use your main pc with wmc/serverwmc to stream live tv to xbmc running on your remote computers. You need to make sure your recorded tv folder is a network share (see 'folders' tab in serverwmc) and that all your other computers can access this share (read access is good enough). Also your network has to be fast enough to support it, which usually means it has to be around 5Mbps.
Also you have to configure the xbmc pvr.wmc addon on each of your remote computers to point to your server computer (either its net name or ip address).

So I need to go into pvr.wmc configuration on the other pcs and set them to 192.168.0.10. Do I set the port the same as that pc or leave as 9080. They are all connected to a nas so can do I put the shared folder on there with all pcs looking at that?

Yes you configure the other PCs pvr.wmc to point to your serverWMC machine's IP address and use the same port everywhere (9080 assuming you have not changed ServerWMC listening port from the default).
In terms of using your NAS, by default WMC (and thus ServerWMC) will not allow you to make the "recorded TV" location on a network share, it needs to be a local folder on the WMC machine. I believe you CAN force it to use a network location if you edit the registry directly, or you could also try using a symlink (junction) pointing at a folder on the NAS, or mount it as an iSCSI drive. You could also use a local folder for initial recording storage (and ServerWMC live streams) then configure ServerWMC to run a script that moves completed recordings over to the NAS. Either way though, your machine running WMC and ServerWMC needs to be turned on obviously and needs to have the Recorded TV folder shared and the correct shared folder path and credentials entered in ServerWMC on the folders tab. Configuration of the local folder and any addional watched folders, is done in WMC in the "Recorded TV Library" section
