Hi, what is the job to make work "acestream" inside p2p-streams programs?
I think the "acestream" it is downloaded on folder addon of plexus it is the new and workable version, and in p2p-stream will be the old acestream?
Because with p2p-stram don't work acestream...

I cannot download the acestream engine, looks like the other side is rejecting the connection. I have tried in my openelec HTPC and a windows machine, both cases the same error. If you need logs I am happy to send them after 1-2 hours.

Yes the repository is probably causing problems, it won't exist after 25 of August anyway

hey guys running plexus on rpi2.

do you encounter buffering kinda too often or is it just my case (acestream)?
there a are lot of seeds and my internet channel is 50mbps.

maybe i should open some ports or smth?

i tested myself 2 times before posting here.
if i watch an acestream it plays flawlessly up when the downloading checkes the 1000Mb mark. after that - we start getting a lot of bufferings and image stalls...

in log i have smth like:

if i stop the stream, restart it - all good until the 1000mb downloading mark. then i must restart the stream. btw, stream is 1080p so we get the 1000mb mark quite fast

I just installed a fresh release of OpenELEC on my RPI2, proceeded to fetch the program.plexus-0.1.3.zip and install that. I cannot get any stream to work whatsoever, either it's due to "invalid torrent url" or it just sits there buffering. Is this some sort of multicast-magic preventing stuff from working?

No you can't. When you are new to some place it's a good start to read the posts that have been written before you arrive. You can add websites or whatever that means by creating an addon for kodi. Or playing them through m3u playlist that kodi actually supports:

Or you can also call the addon from strm files:

Paths to the plugin are, for now, "the same" as for the old p2p-streams addon:

Photos or videos do not help a damn thing. Either for this or any other addon (at least if not requested).

Also note that right now there is no way you can configure anything appart from using the default settings. It will be done, with time.
Take note that, as written some posts above, I am away from home and without my raspberry pi so I can't even test or do anything related to that.
