but acestream's log (not xbmc log) is enough for me. And I can't find it. What is "default" command string for the acestreamengine which is used in p2p ? May be there is sense to add the start option for log file - -log-file PATH ?

Report back the outup but I guess you're missing the pkg_resources python module. Linux environment is quite a mess with so many differences from distro to distro.
