just as heads up: dev discussion on code or implementation level is done on github. General dev questions are handled via the forum or if both devs are in IRC it will be done there.
I used to use mailing lists for other opensource projects, but those became pretty dead compared to some years ago

Maybe you should use more the "Team Member Feature Discussion (read-only)" session. It's kind of abandoned and it's a pity..

Well since we worked on 14 it was all about more stable and the name change. Once that's done I'm sure some things will start again
