and we can play m3u file list without getting this error window ?

ok I agree.
Don't disable it.
Make it working by default.

But give users that don't want to see this massage option to disable it so missing streaming files in playlist will not stop playlist playing.
(or filed to write numbers of error this massage will appear. not 3 errors by default but for example I write 1000 , so I can play links from youtube playlist without stop by errors.
or give 5 sec popup notification for errors and go next link , but don't stop playing playlist after 3 errors.
