I made a pay subscription for iptv but I have a problem with XBMC, I receive a message saying :

"PVR client could not load channel list from server"

Do you know if it is a problem with my pc or is it a problem with my reseller?

It's probably your provider, though without any logs it's hard to say. The addon you're using is not officially supported either.
