we would need to know what ip address you were using, so we can check it against our blocked ip list.

I was on a mobile connection so finding that will be difficult.

Back on mobile now and it works so ...

Mobile internet in many places often uses a single IP for large blocks of users, so it's possible you just overlapped with someone else for a little bit.
