I'm still in the setup phase so I'm not really able to give good commentary on performance. However I have a hardware decoder on order from amazon to replace the 3g modem which should help, and it has built in Bluetooth so remotes shouldn't be a problem.
The thing that hurts it worse is a single USB port and no Ethernet jack. Plan is to put an external DVD drive in and use WiFi for streaming. Sub-optimum I know, but currently no ripped media to draw from and an okish sized DVD collection.
