I couldn't fetch any TV series data anymore, although nothing have changed in my files structure/naming since Helix 14 betas which worked fine (I removed all old data from the AppData while uninstalling the beta 5, before installing the rc1). However I've downloaded and installed the latest nightly build (KodiSetup-20141202-a781503-master.exe) and everything got back to normal, now it works.
