hi new here. installed is xbmc 12.3 git. it has linux 2.6.34 on mygica atv500x. One post i read said that 12.3 is all that is available for mygica atv500x. One post said to upgrade to 13.2. Is it possible to upgrade to 13.2? if so how do i upgrade?

That is a REALLY old kernel - I'm not sure that 13.2 is supported on that.
Have you considered updating to a later Operating System version?

The
Pivos XIOS DS (wiki) wiki page should have links for newer linux firmware installs that I think are compatible with the ATV500.
