The following keyboards do not work to allow you to install OpenElec in standalone mode

Razer Tarantula
Rii i8+ (Updated 2015 Model with Backlight)

The following keyboard worked without problems

Razer Black Widow

Other Information
The Rii i8+ (Updated 2015 Model with Backlight) worked during the initial phase of downloading the script, installing the firmware and creating the media. It never worked at the stage you have to press 'esc' to choose boot menu. It also worked after I got OpenElec installed using the Razer Black Widow keyboard

I'm stalling at the "press Esc to boot from USB" prompt

Digitech - XC5172
Genius - 1060C186

These keyboards don't work.

Can we confirm the list of working keyboards work at this stage? Getting pretty sick of keyboards trying to make this work.
Not to mention the fact I feel like I've bricked my chromebox

just pick one off the first post. If it turns on and you have video output, you don't have a brick - you have a PC that needs an OS installed.

Microsoft Wired Keyboard 200 (wired) : https://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us...yboard-200

Not working
Perixx PERIBOARD-716 (wireless, integrated trackpad, USB dongle) : http://perixx.com/en/products/perixx-pro-5.html
Ctrl-* OK but impossible to boot on USB devices, the Escape key doesn't seem to respond.
Sony PS3 official keyboard, model CECH-ZKB1** (Bluetooth, with trackpoint) : sorry, couldn't find it on Sony's website
Very cool keyboard, OK with any BT-compatible OS, but not working at the Chromebox startup…
