Calling the Video Add-Ons Page

Is it possible to bring up the Video Add-Ons Page with ActiveWindow or some other JSON command? I'm using iRule to control Kodi and have figured out how to call individual add-ons but I just have too many selected and it would just be easier to call up the page and navigate on screen.

I'm not 100% off the top of my head but try

addons://sources/video/
as the path to the video window.
