hi everyone

i am fairly new to kodi and i have been getting the same error everytime i update my library. 'unable to connect to remote server would you like to continue scanning' i select yes and a few seconds later it pops up again. i keep on selecting yes untill it finishes a scan . i suspect some videe files are causing this error but i dont know which ones or why. is there a way to bypass the prompt with a 'yes' response in the background.

any help will be greatly appreciated

See if Confluence exhibits the same issue. My version of Kodi 14 the repository has marked that skin incomparable. One of the listing is (ERROR: CCurlFile::FillBuffer - Failed: HTTP returned error 404) which would seem to imply the web page is not found, then further on... The system seems to have web access, a success getting the weather.

Thanks for the reply! do you mean another movie scrapper or weather scraper?

Check in with the Skinner and see if your skin will be supported in Kodi, then try out a different movie scraper, you may get lucky.
