Now its called Shield TV it has been getting updates for its Media features.
As 23.976 is a feature that takes more effort, I hope they concentrate on this rather then getting more gaming related things in.

That's too many "going to". 23.976fps, HD audio...etc.
I am "going to" get one for testing purpose only - no over-expectation / no complaint,
I am assuming they are not working and accepted that.
