No, you're not the only one, but even my crappy 3 yrs 32" Magnavox TV that I have in my office has overscan correction and doesn't require setting the overscan on the Fire TV stick. As well as a crappy 4yr old 32" RCA that I have in my bedroom, and you can't get much crappier than that.

As already stated, yes Kodi has calibration settings but it's a last restore setting, overscan should be set on the TV.
