I don't have any performance issues. It works comparable to MPC-HC.

do you mean if you edit some madVR settings through Kodi OSD during playback?

uncheck this options "Manage madVR settings through the gui of kodi" solve the issue?

i fixed in a better way the problem with the need to press twice to pause

I don't think the settings matter. I think these lock-ups are almost random, related to the core way the player works. But, yes, I must kill the process because it becomes unresponsive.
