with all my systems that i tryed with madvr + dsplayer never happened that the video start during change refresh with "delay playback unil render queue is full" enabled

for the crash you have to download the related pdb file in the first page rename it in kodi.pdb and put in the kodi dsplayer installation folder... when the crash occurs before to kill the process you have to press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+PAUSE (on some keyboard it's named as BREAK) after few secs on desktop should be created a madvr freeze report, something useful could be in there

Ok, I installed DSPlayer 15 beta 1, madvr v0.87.21, restore default settings, let Kodi do the refresh change, enabled "delay playback until render queue is full".
No more problem at video start.

I still got some crashed at video end though (black screen), and doing CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+PAUSE do nothing (nothing added on my desktop)

I see this in the logs at each video start :
WARNING: CXBMCRenderManager::Configure - queue size too small (2, 0, 0)
Is it normal?

And at video stop I have a bunch of those :
23:14:35 T:5464 ERROR: CD3DTexture::Create - failed 0x80004005
23:14:35 T:5464 DEBUG: CDXTexture::CDXTexture: Error creating new texture for size 128 x 98

you have to put somewhere the complete debug, callstacktree and minidump files created in your %appdata%/kodi/ related to this crash

p.s.

to generate the madvr's report you have to press and hold for a few sec CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+PAUSE until madvr frezee it's generated but it's possibile that madvr was already properly closed in that moment so why you don't have a freeze report in your desktop

The crashes are almost systematic now it seems (or i'm unlucky).
Here is the complete debug log : http://xbmclogs.com/pivq7jcuu
Video start at 20:07:43
Video stop (and crash) at 20:17:53
Sorry but no stacktrace nor crashlog generated today for this crash...

As for madVR, i think it's indeed already stopped because i tested the generation during a playback and it works (so it's not me not doing the right thing ^^)
