Hi gotham_x, I'd gladly open the poll to test the interest in this. I just want to be sure that the right tool exists to do what we would need to do.
That is rasing money, keeping it in a "safe place" and releasing it to a deserving subject when we deem it right. I know this last portion is completely subjective, this is why I was seeking Warner306 involvement. Because people (developers) would need to trust our good faith in this. I am fairly sure of my good faith, but I can't necessarily expect others do to the same.
