No idea. Did you try adjusting settings by remote, bypassing the property page?

I'm not exactly sure what you are getting at? Settings for the LAV Audio filter can be modified directly in Kodi, or you can select "Open Property Page" and modify them directly on the filter's property page popup. The info in the Formats tab is not available directly in Kodi, so the only place to modify those values is on the filter's property page. Is there some other way to modify the internal LAV audio filter settings "by remote"?

You might be stuck using external filters. Although, that sounds awfully cumbersome. I don't know why your settings would not be saved.
