so when I try to switch to regular player to play a dvd it crashes kodi everytime. I am on windows 10 64 bit.

libdvd is not available in a x64 bit version. If you really need this you have to use the x86 version of dsplayer. If you don't need the menu of a dvd you can always play the .vobs directly. This works fine.

@aracnoz Big THX for all your hard work and continuous support of DSPlayer and all improvements you have made so far. Now i don't need to publish my merged version of DSplayer. You are awesome.

I hope you will continue your hard work so we can have a version in Kodi 18 too. I have tried to merge the DSPlayer branch into the master but i couldn't solve all conflicts. I'm not good enough so i hope the master aracnoz can help.
I wish i could get lessons in coding from you. :-)
