Thank you! The only thing I had to do was disable Exclusive mode. As soon as I did that, immediately I could hear audio. is there anything else I need to do in order to take advantage of Sanear (over the default Win10 audio renderer)?

Thanks

Did u try to go to the tray while a movie is playing and configure it there first (as it used to happen with madVR time ago) ?
In Kodi Settings/player/Dsplayer in Audio Renderer I have Internal Audio Renderer (Sanear). Right after it, I have 4 options called Device, Exclusive Mode, Allow Bitstreaming, and Stereo Crossfeed, all of them On/Off. Did u try these ones to see if u get any sound?
