UPDATE - not sure if there is a bug (could be my end), but even though the Kodi OSD reports dx11, MadVR does not.....tried on both the new x86 and x64 builds, so lots of dropped frames on 4k HDR 60 fps content (1080ti), went back to an earlier build and it works fine.

there are two D3D11 mode, selecting a specific device to use in "Device to use" disables Native mode and force Copy-Back, Use Automatic (Native) for best perfmance.

so to have D3D11 Native (and to see DX11 in madVR) you have to select
- Hardware Decoder to use: D3D11
- Hardware Device to use: Automatic (Native)

for D3D11 Copy-Back you have to select
- Hardware Decoder to use: D3D11
- Hardware Device to use: <specific hardware device from the drop list menu> (in your case the 1080ti)
