Disabled the setting in the hardware section of the Systems window. rolled back the driver using DDU to 385.45 and then restarted the machine and let it set idle over night. Turned it on this morning and checked the driver update log from the device manager and noticed that it auto updated to 388.13 again 15 minutes after I walked away from the machine for the night. Like WTF how can I prevent this so I can just enjoy my HDR content?
I have it set up this way and it never updates graphic drivers on its own.
Edit: I'm going to try this (https://www.howtogeek.com/302595/how-to-...e-drivers/) procedure next as I'm rocking the Educational edition of Windows 10
