Decided to upgrade to a 1050 ti instead and everything worked fine with that card out of the box. Still weird to me that DSPlayer wouldn't play video from the 1030 at all, even after I reinstalled everything (card, driver, madVR, + DSPlayer) and confirmed the exact same settings on everything as the working 750 ti and 1050 ti, but I suppose it's academic now.
Anyone have any ideas?
