your limited by the physical size of card you can use with that Zotac H55-ITX motherboard and i would guess by the size of case you have as well.
the card you use at the moment is a 'single slot' and i'm guessing you use a smaller height bracket as well.
any of the cards you are looking at are all double the physical size of your Sapphire 6450 meaning they take up two slots and you cant use a smaller height bracket.

but check that you can physically get any of the cards in your case. e.g. if you have two backplate openings on your case for graphics cards and they are standard height.
