How do I change the load. What do I set it too please? Also do I have the desktop and Kodi resolution at 4K or 1080p? Thank you

 Set chroma upscaling to Bilinear to start. Do you have artifact removal turned on? Turn all of them off until you get the rendering time down, especially reduce compression artifacts. Set dithering to ordered.

I thought the RX 560 was more capable than that? What kind of hardware acceleration are you using? It should be copy-back or D3D11.
