How do you configure MadVR? Through Kodi or in the MadVR control panel? Make sure Kodi doesn't try to switch it out of FSE again cause of the "Manage in Kodi" option. Then you'll get mixed results when you switch it on or off at certain times.

Ok , so I don't manage MadVR through Kodi, however you have got me thinking! I have MadVR set up to be permanently on my taskbar and I wonder if that is causing a similar issue to the one you are describing where the two pieces of software are fighting for exclusive mode.

Ahh, the control center is always the same. So that's not the cause. It's just that if Kodi manages MadVR too, the settings you set in the center are not taking effect cause Kodi can have another set of settings set. But the center application itself shouldn't do anything.

Anyway, I know it's annoying. But FSE is trash anyway. Watch a good movie instead of pondering it. ;D
