Hi, looking for some help with my Arctis 7 wireless headphones and bitstreaming. Can anyone think of any reason bitstreaming would not work with KODI DS when its working with MPC using external LAV filters, I have everything checked and on in DS player settings but I get nothing at all. Works ok with bitstreaming off.

Could there be something i've missed. Also works using standard onboard KODI player, just not DS suggesting a problem with the onboard LAV setup maybe but I cant find anything wrong.

EDIT - This is starting to ring a bell, think i've had this before, bitstreaming only works with movie players using external LAV filters, as we cant get external filters into KODI DS this is never going to work, going to have to drop to PCM.

EDIT 2 - just worked out whats going on, NEV has recently put a bitsreaming fallback option in LAV filters, KODI doesnt have the latest LAV filters it doesnt have this, so... far from bitstreaming working with my headphones where i'm getting sound what is actually happening is that LAV is falling back to PCM mode. 

I tested my theory but installing some old LAV filters into MPC-HC and low and behold no sound.

So the issue is that the ARTIS 7 has stopped supporting bitstreaming or has never done, need to find out.
