Title says it all.
Here's what happened.
I got a nexus player and rooted it.
Installed ESFE, Stickmount Pro, and Kodi
Plugged in my USB HDD (it's a big one with it's own psu) via powered USB hub
Stickmount detects and mounts the drive and it can play files in kodi via esfe no problem
Loaded kodi and it detected fine, scraped all the files and we were off to the races.
2 weeks later and suddenly kodi can't see the drive anymore.
Stickmount still detects and mounts the drive and it can play files in kodi via esfe no problem.
Any ideas?

The drive is probably not mounted under the same name. Did you check that?

I did. It's the same. I can't see the hdd in kodi at all now
Edit: i got fed up and reinstalled kodi
It detctd and is currently rescraping the hdd.
The question now is why did it happen and how can i prevent it from happening again?
This system is set up at my mother-in-laws and it's pretty embarassing when this "super awesome system you have to get that will totally work no problem" keeps failing. She is NOT computer literate in the least
