Any suggestions for portable library?
#1
Hello everyone. Just curious if any of you might have worked out a method of synchronizing you library to a secondary device for portability. I currently Rsync my media files from one NAS to another to take with me when I travel but I;d really like to take my library and all meta data along with me when I travel. I use Gbox Mx2 android devices as my Kodi media players.

Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

I use an ooooold Microsoft utility on Windows called "SyncToy" (runs fine on Win8)
When I'm getting ready to go on a trip, I export my Video Library to the hard drive as individual files, and then run SyncToy to sync my ext drive. That drive goes into my Win Tablet and I let Kodi update the library from local files. Works for me!
