Hi,
I've been playing around with showing a slideshow when my pi starts, so that I can turn an old monitor into a picture frame.
I've been using FBI in raspbian - and it does work to a degree.
Is there a better way to do it using KODI do you think? Is it possible to make the pi boot straight to a kodi slideshow? And if so, importantly will kodi pick up changes to the directory if I add / remove pictures as the slideshow is running? Or will I have to monitor the folder / kill and re run kodi, which I can script easily enough?
Any points / comments would be very welcome....
