As far as I know Kodi reads the Edid of the connected device and only shows TrueHd and DTS-HD if the devices also supports it.
As a first Try I would connect the Beebox directly to your Amp to test if then DTS-HD comes available so that you can analyse which device creates the problem.
I am not using any repeater unless the repeater is inside my amp.
I could try connecting the Beebox to a rear HDMI instead of the front one.

I tried a rear jack, same thing. I tried the Beebox going to the TV directly and the other HDMI going to the amp, same thing.
Something here isn't working as it should ;-)
Well if you connect the beebox directly to the TV then it should not show DTS-HD since most TV do not support this format.
Kodi is reading the supported audio formats with the EDID form the devices it is connected to (TV,Amp)
Could you please share with us what Amp you are using?
