Thats good News and will make it far easier for the Newbs to install as well as putting all those leach XBMC / Kodi apps to the bottom of selection list.

Yeah, and it had to happen after I had just created a How to install for Android TV in the Wiki.

Speaking of which, I just created a template for a Notice of Kodi being on the Google Play Store.

Yes, at least on the Shield ATV. Whether you will be able to on any other device is probably going to be device specific.
