Just did some quick testing but it looks like when MadNox starts up it runs <include name="AutoConfig"> located in the includes.xml file that sets all default colors and settings. If you want to change the defaults to anything different it would have to be changed there by altering the onload set string hex color code with whatever you would like a default install to be since the settings are set after a first start of a fresh MadNox install. They defaults will not change unless the user deletes the relevant sections of the guisettings file or overrides it when choosing a color.
