And i think that the start video is too long , if you can make it shorter(i know i can disable it) that will be great

Go to /addons/skin.madnox/extras and you can edit intro.mp4 to whatever speed you like with adobe premiere or imovie or whatever program you like that edits video. I chose another intro, and rename it intro.mp4. I saved it in another folder as I have to copy it over everyone the skins update but that's no biggie
