Concerning the GitHub issue... How are you guys updating? Describe the whole process please. Do not link to a thread. Mike did one tiny boo boo which probably was necessary and that was to originally release the skin at v1.0 but downgrade in future versions to now 0.0.4. so If you have older 1.0 MadNox folders this will cause problems. If you guys with issues can describe your update procedure I may be able to help. Side note to anyone reading this thread you do not need to fork a skin unless you plan to provide pull requests, a clone might be a better option and it does not require a GitHub account.
