I am using the rounded language flags, I dont know if that makes any difference. I only have the language flag, but not the subtitle.

maybe we can find out your problem - i am using MKVs with embed subs - and like you can see on my screens, i have the sub flag
Thanks Schimi. I figured as much in terms of the flags. All of my videos are mkvs with embedded subs, and I have made sure that all mkv tracks (video, audio, subs) have the language set. Is there any additional info I could send to try to figure this out? Please let me know. Thanks.
