you can try to delete textures.db and maybe thumbnails folder too...
It is risky but when a new database is created when updating there is a backup of the old one. The textures13.db and the thumbnails folder should only have cached library content like fanart and posters and not any skin images.
i bet this is true, but when i beginn with testing the jarvis nightlys, i get some db numbers ( 96,97,98 and now 99 ... ) and i get similar problems - and when i delete the textures.db file and thumbnails folder i get at least a working gui again ... dont now why - but this work sometimes... its worth a try ...
