It could be possible that you have to add extrafanart1 to the grafik list in madnox (poster, banner,clear art...) If its not there. In movie info, extras, select grafik, or something like this

Also (in my case) I need to add them manually to the set.

And I think there are 2 version of setArtManager one with and one without extrafanart1 support
