1 hr +... List is from wiki... And its all oscars... Also the foreign...
I will check tomorrow... Maybe best2 is broken too... I copy always my old playlist folder with all of my playlists...

i change rule of mine bestpicture list to "one or more must mach" and after that both best1 and best2 are in use. best1 is oscarlist and best2 is imdb rate over 7.0---I'm right?

thats right - i have my bestpicture to "all of the rules" and it works ( if you choose ONE or more you choose basicly just BEST1 - and thats not realy right... )
the old bestpicture doesnt have the <value></value> Tag - but some ppl have still problems with my new pr bestpicture version...
i will make some screenshots today to proove that it works here ( i have 7 movies on oscars menu that i get with ENGLISH list, cause my movienames are german ! )
basicly the "oscar" menu is checking just 2 lists ( like you wrote already )
1. check "Best1" - is the movie Title in the list ( ENGLISH movietitles by default ... i make a full german list and a full english list for next update too with ALL oscar movies - not only best movie )
2. check "Best2" have the movies from Best1 a IMDB Rating over 7.0
3. "BestPicture" just activate "Best1" and "Best2"

thats the whole magic... i just noticed on Shednox that i only had 2 movies these days in my collection... but i had more - then i notice that the Best1 list only have English Titles - so i make one with german titles ... maybe its possible to make a HUGE list with all language... will test this maybe one day hehe ( at least with english and german movie titles )

EDIT:
i checked now also with the OLD "bestpicture" file without <value></value> Tag - and its still working !!!!
and i notice, that Sir Bobs SSS is so nice, and link the Oscars playlist direct to the extras folder - and then to the "bestpicture" PL

maybe its the movie nfo files ? i did just recently a complete rework of all my movies and tvshows with latest EMBER ! maybe check your nfo files if there is a rating inside ...

EDIT2:
i think i found the problem !!!!!!!
when you dont have the 3 playlists ( bestpicture,best1,best2 ) inside
...Kodi\userdata\playlists\video
you will get ALL movies - when you copy the 3 playlists from extra folder to the KODI playlist folder it works !!!! ( well i test it here and i could reproduce your problem when i delete the 3 files from KODI video playlist folder - after i add it again i just had my oscars movies again ( even without restart !!! ) )

please confirm this

OK! If i dont have at any movie on that best 1 list at all then they don't apper! but if i change that rule one of all then it show my movies with rating higher than 7.0. It's clear now.
