I appreciate you and others responding. I have all required addons installed and recognized by skin. skininfoservice was always installed. While troubleshooting I reinstalled both manually, then by Zip. The Boxcase displays the Poster and the Back Cover art, It doesn't display the disk art and the Info sheet is blank. I'm currently using a fresh install of everything. I'm wondering if my library backup method has something to do with it. Before my fresh install, I DID NOT save my database file, I DID back up my video library to seperate files (all artwork and nfo's) then after a fresh install of Jarvis I added back my video sources and set the scraper for Local Info only. After that, some artwork wasn't showing up (logo's, clearart and I think the disk art) so I set Artwork Downloader to search for local art only, and it picked everything up. So I'm thinking the video database file may have something to do with it? Do you think I have to wipe everything (Kodi and delete all Artwork) and start from scratch to troubleshoot this? I really don't want to do that (my library is huge), but if you think it's the only way, I will. Please let me know what you think. I'm not a noob, I've been using Kodi since the original XBox Mod days, I just never got too deep into the artwork until I used this awesome skin. Thanks a lot.

sorry for my late response - i had this same problem once too ! i had installed all my addons and still nada boxset infos - after i delete the extendedinfo script and installed it fresh from official repo it works again ! - please try this - and maybe try to download the latest script.skin.info.service from git
if both of this doesnt work for you, please send me a pm or post it here - i will send you my versions of those scripts - if this doesnt work neither, we should have a look at your settings

Quick question on using cases. What should I expect to see if I use cases for tv? The TV Series case, Web-dl, HDTV, etc? I suspect I'm missing something. Widgets show all bluray. In list view, the only way to see a poster is select rounded corners. Thanks.

Bob. Mr. V has asked you a couple of times now for screenshots so can you please supply some. All widgets assign case type based on resolution or some other checks against filename etc.

Also i think the poster issue is down to having wrong version of extendedinfo installed, the git is krypton so is wrong, but schimi can confirm as he had the problem as well?

1.because of widgets - i have also "just" the bluray cases for my tvseries, but i dont add a special filename to it - just the res - so my names are like this " XXXX - S02E99 - xxxxxx [1080].xxx " no more infos, and i think the widgets need those infos ( unlike the views inside madnox )

2. yeah, I had the same problems when i use the latest "master" from Extendedinfo.script from git - but those master branch is now JUST for krypton, and this broke my hardcorner cases too - just use the official EIS from official repo please ( and yes, rottentomatoes covers are broken - but its known by phil65 )
