i use ember, and there all my ratings are called "Germany:##" and i never have problems - also no problems with any FSK combinations ( i used FSK ## for my tv stuff manualy ... )

there was one block without rating ( i was thinking about to delete the whole ratings, but leave it... ) - so i will push this new version to git now ... if we add again all ratings the next will come with another combination and so on and on...
