I tried the google docs (link) Home.xml... it didn't seem to fix things for me (I probably did something wrong!).
The Home.xml from github is working for me perfectly, no glitch now. Thanks.

Ok.No worries. Backgrounds would be good though...I do like this skin helper service + a great skin. Good stuff!
