The picture above your post is not from MadNox. In MadNox, there are colored media flags, language flags and studio logos also. You can turn them on by going to System, Skin Settings, Customizers, Customize Icons, then do the following:

1. Go to Flags Paths, and set the paths for "Set Path for Colored Flags", "Set Path for Studios Flags" and "Set Path for Language Flags". The paths would be (in Windows):

-- For the colored flags: <user>\appdata\roaming\kodi\addons\skin.aeon.madnox\extras\alticons\colored flags\flags
-- For the colored studios: <user>\appdata\roaming\kodi\addons\skin.aeon.madnox\extras\alticons\colored studios\studios
-- For the colored languages: <user>\appdata\roaming\kodi\addons\skin.aeon.nox\extras\alticons\rounded languages\language

<user> is whatever user you logged into Windows with.

2. Go to Colored, select "All Flags"
3. Go to Studios, select "Colored Studios"
4. Go to Language, select "Rounded Language"
5. Go to Default Icons, select "Colored Icons"
6. Go to TV Guide, select "Colored tvGuide"
7. Go to Others, select "Colored Others"

If you want colored video genres, you can also go to Video Genres, and select "Colored Genres"

This gets you all the colored icons and flags in the skin.

Im not shure if this help you but AVL is not supported any more.

You can try "Advanced Emulator Launcher" maybe the views are correct in madnox?
I want to try setup Advanced Emulator Launcher for me next week. At the moment i use RCB (Rom Collection Browser) but it also not supported any more.
Advanced Emulator Launcher has clearart and Instructions support.

I think the views in Madnox are to be adapted for Advanced Emulator Launcher.

I got the same trouble with conditional weather: path is defined correctly but i get a black background for the weather menu.
And something is weird: in system - appearence - skin - settings - customizer, the function "set weather fanart" doesn't work.

I can see weather conditional in background when i enter in the weather menu but not for the menu itself.

Any idea ?

hi many thanks for your advice and help i have noticed that between shelf 3d and shelf 3d right the video images are different as not all dvd cases are full cases is this a bug ? thanks

I got the different pages or levels to all be the same last time by somehow getting a menu to come up on the screen that said something along the lines of "use this view for all pages" but I cannot seem to get that up. I don't want to delete the xml that the post you mentions said about because if it gets rid of my current settings the family will be upset. I was hoping to find a way to bring that menu back up.

Does anyone know how to set the default view for movies and tv shows? When I set one view, the next page defaults back to the old view. I did this on one of my Kodi boxes months ago, but I cannot figure out how to do it on my other now. Thank you.

When you are talking about pages, are you talking actually about Menus? i.e on Level 2 or 3?
I had a similar issue and Mike Silvo gave me the solution.

Do you have script.image.resource.select installed? I think it is needed.

I waas testing another skin and then wanted to revert to Madnox. When I went back to the Main menu, it automatically rebuilt all the menus and went back to the defualt.

I had spend a long time configuring the screens, menus, widgets etc.

Fortunately, I have a second machine that still has all the correct settings. But I tried copying the entire skin folder, the addon_data skin folder, and the guisettings.xml file to the first machine, but it always rebuilds the interface to the defaults.

Is there a way I can replicate all the skin configuration from one machine to another? Both my machines run LibreELEC.

Hi everyone,

You me need to tell me what version you are using, We have Jarvis and Krypton versions at the moment and the Krypton version is primary and all my time is being taken on trying to get that ready for V17 release!

@Slipass, The banners for music I might look into but the MQ7 Album Info I'm not sure. Album info is down for an update, If Krypton work is ever complete, but I don't think I'll adapt the MQ7 mod. I might take ideas from it but not a direct port as it would look out of place. Plus I need to get the creators approval and sometimes that isn't given! I don't steal other peoples hard work, I'll only port / adapt if they allow.

@flowerpot, sorry not sure why that case is missing as there should be a default fallback case of red color? Again what version and are you on the latest for that version? I have that movie but can't check until the weekend sorry.

@mccorkled, sorry I don't recognize that option 'set view for all pages' but I will take a look just in case it's something I've never used.

@STAG, think bobrap is correct, if you are in V17 you'll need the resources but you also have to setup weather all again in V17, well I had to anyway.

@Zorgy, there has been some test work on one of the Games views for AEL, but only in the Krypton branch. The other 2 views will be updated when someone can confirm that one is working ok. Oh and I have various emulators and no of my games in the library look as good as those images!!!!

@hernandito, I've had that as well, I think when I tried Titan Beta. I spoke to Bob Crachett over at the skin shortcuts thread and he was puzzled, try speaking to him again, the thread is in the skinning section. You can try copying over the contents of the skin.shortcuts folder in the user_data folder. This has the main stuff I believe that the menu is built from, give it a try at least. I think there are files specifically for Madnox.

Please note, Krypton work is basically a full time job, on top of an existing full time job and parked next to some problems I'm facing, due to this I can only really focus on the Krypton branch right now. But if something is obviously broken in Jarvis, even at this late in it's life, then I will see what I can do.

Anyone I missed, sorry I'll get back to you later.

@STAG, you might have it installed but have you actually used it and selected a weather pack? you need to used the addon to download a weather pack. The first errors you can ignore as you just haven't set them up in your shortcuts. The 2nd seems to be pointing to an old weather pack which may not be around anymore. Once you use the resource addon and select a pack it should resolve this.

@Godf@th3r, to achieve you current just move one button over and click 'extended info'. There is a setting in EI to force native and a setting in Madnox to use EI instead of Madnox Info. Try those settings to see if you get what you want.

The actual EI design & addon is controlled by Kodi team member phil65, you need to go into the skinning sub-forum and find the thread and ask there but that thread is mainly for skinners and not users.

If you switch off the direct EI options from earlier then you should get a Madnox EI screen which looks different to the standard 'I' screen, you can get to it from the EI button once you switch off those relevant options. I know our own EI screen probably needs alot of work as people want RT scores and now reviews etc. etc. so it is on the list to be looked at if I ever Krypton requirements.

But if you mean the EI from your 1st screenshot then you'll need to speak to phil65.

Hi, I'm trying to customise the main menu which I have half managed. I'm trying to get the home menu bar to look like This. which it does until I change the 'Glow Mode' to normal or extended via the 'Set area color for home window' in the customizers options. When activated to normal or extended it looks like This. I can't seem to find what .png file or line of code that is causing it. at first i assumed it was home/homemenu_back_glow.png overriding my .xbt files but when that is removed from the folder it doesn't change anything and the glow bar remains. any help or suggestions would be amazing. Thanks
