Not sure if @mikeSiLVO is going to update the code? but you can change the setting in Artwork Beef. Although this may introduce some incompatibility with other skins.

I may for extrafanart but that depends on when you release your version

IIRC extrathumbs are not supported by Artwork Beef though.
