ok, I measured power supply pin2 and pin39 when watching livetv with advanced deinterlace = 5,00 V. So should be ok.
power supply of tv card is 7.7 V, I unassembled the tvcard to get to the USB socket. Then I saw pin 1 and 4 aren't connected via usb so tvcard can't draw power of pi. I also measured the usb cable from tvcard to pi, Pin 1 and 4 = 0,0 V.
